Meet Megan
Event Design & Planning Lead
Megan has experience within planning and setting up various types of events such as music, athletic, cultural and charity events.Â
Megan's specialist skills include multitasking and being organised shown through her sticking to deadlines and being extremely focused on her tasks.
her role includes looking into the event theme and concept, as well as setting realistic objectives. She will analyse the venue choice and also the attendee's emotions before, during and after the event. Overall, she will keep everyone on track and organise the design elements.
Meet Jade
Finance &Â Administration Lead
Jade has previous experience in volunteering at Leeds Festival working in a variety of roles as well as a bar which carried out a range of different events which gave her the experience needed to be efficient and gain a wide range of skills.
Her role includes budgeting the event and creating spreadsheets with all our costs in. As well as this she is in charge of recording group meeting and being in control of emailing businesses.
Meet Georgia
Marketing, Sales &Â Sponsorship lead
Georgia has experience in athletic events. She always use's social media therefore is very experienced with posting frequently and keeping the messages consistent.
Her role is to guide the marketing sales and sponsorship activities and compile relevant event plan pages. As well as this she will look into the target markets that will be attending our event, so that she can market our social media towards those.
Meet Alice
Operations & Health and Safety Lead
Alice has previous experience within the industry from working as the manager of a restaurant, to running a VIP tent in partnership with Ye Old Bell at a local music festival.She also has experience as an intern at Latitude Festival where she was the Arena Entrance Intern. On top of all this she works at the newly refurbished Wootton Hall where she will become their full time events coordinator when she graduates.Â
Alice's role involves looking into the health and safety features which includes creating risk assessments. As well as this she needs to plan for emergency situations and plan job roles for the event itself.
